Question: Why do Giraffes have long necks?
Answer: Because their feet smell.
Ahh. Bless. Seriously though, did you know the Latin name for the Giraffe is Giraffa camelopardilas, so it seems that the Romans thought of it as a camel mixed with a leopard.
The giraffe has its natural home in Africa on the savannah and they are known to grow up to 20ft tall. The Fisher-Price Giraffe isn’t quite so lanky, but we’ll stick our necks out and say it’s just as interesting. Your baby feeds the coloured balls to the giraffe and then the fun starts; lights and music accompany the three balls as they disappear, re-appear and cascade in a twisty-turny fashion, all the way to the bottom and pop into view. The giraffe has handles for ears, to help your young adventurer pull themselves up and stand! It’s more fun than a room full of monkeys… and a lot cleaner!
