I’m starting a band, a new school band; it’s going to be a blast
We’ve got a gig, in the big Sports Hall, the time is going fast
We need to rehearse our numbers and to work out what we’ll sing
What do I play? Oh, didn’t I say? I cannot play a thing?
The school band is rehearsing away, preparing for their first big concert… the school fair. They’ve got the instruments, they’ve got the talent and a space to rehearse… they just need time now to work on their musical chops.
